ABOUT US
The Orange Park Medical Center Emergency Medicine Program is a three-year community program designed to provide residents with real-world clinical training. Located on the banks of the St. Johns River just outside of Jacksonville, Florida, our emergency departments serve a diverse and high-acuity patient population.
The primary goal of our Program is to train and develop exceptional emergency physicians to provide outstanding medical care in an efficient and compassionate manner to prepare them for lifelong careers in emergency medicine.
Our Program is one of the newest, fastest growing, and most realistic places to train due to its community location and $100 million + in expansions. We are a 365 bed, STEMI/Stroke/Level 2 Trauma Center with a catchment area spanning 6 counties.
Our Emergency Medicine faculty provide high-quality patient care with years of experience in emergency medicine. Each is dedicated to educating and mentoring residents through clinical, didactic, and research experiences. They are also heavily involved in different levels of leadership throughout the hospital.
